Conveniently located near soccer stadium

During my stay at Hilton Garden Inn, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member at check-in. The room felt spacious, modern, and was exceptionally clean, making for an inviting environment. Plus, the hotel is mere steps from the Domain's shopping and dining, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options that the whole family enjoyed, a real highlight for us.

However, I did notice some noise from the main lobby area during peak breakfast hours, which made it difficult to fully relax in the common spaces. Additionally, while the rooms are overall inviting, the entrance of the hotel feels somewhat unwelcoming, lacking the charm and warmth you might hope for upon arrival.

Jorge at the front desk was a lifesaver—made us feel right at home. The hotel's in a wicked spot for catching a soccer match, too. Rooms are clean and cozy, and that AC? Totally silent! They could improve the confusing entrance a bit. it’s kinda tucked away and doesn't scream 'welcome. '

This was just a prime choice for a city break in Austin with exceptional value. The king room was clean and spacious, providing a great sleep. Try to use the lobby restrooms if there's an issue in your room—they're quite convenient.

What’s great and what’s not

The staff is exceptional, especially at the front desk. They quickly resolved my issue with a forgotten item, keeping me updated throughout the process! ! Clean and modern rooms add to the appeal.

The entrance to the hotel can be confusing. it’s located far from the street, making it less inviting upon arrival. Some amenities were disappointing, with a limited food menu available during my visit.

the toilet wouldn’t flush and I was forced to use the lobby restrooms while the lady knocking for cleaning made me feel rushed. I woudl ve been fine if they had offered a complimentary breakfast to make up for it but apparently that’s too much to ask for here. so sad!

The room was clean and modern, but the water pressure was really low.

Comfy King Room gave us quiet nights, perfect for rest. Cleanliness stood out throughout our stay.

The mattress was too firm, causing stiff backs. Showers suffered from poor water pressure, making rinsing hair a chore. Also, we faced a frustrating issue when the toilet wouldn’t flush—maintenance couldn’t help until morning, forcing us to use lobby restrooms.

The modern décor and cleanliness of the hotel stood out, along with the comfortable accommodations that made for a pleasant stay. However, the entrance lacked clarity, leading to a rather confusing arrival experience, and the market ran low on several products we had hoped to find. Additionally, finding a view from our room was limited due to its position overlooking the parking garage.

Loved the comfy bed in my huge King Room! 😍 Absolutely quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. The only bummer was the confusing entrance. Overall, a solid stay!

The baked apples at Freebird's World Burrito were a game changer! And the staff is rockstar-level friendly—super helpful in sorting issues, like when I left my watch behind. The cleanliness throughout the hotel felt like a breath of fresh air!

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Domain's shops and restaurants, and it’s also close to the Q2 stadium, making it easy to catch events. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience.

i had a fantastic time at hilton garden inn austin north-near the domain, tx! the king room was spacious and comfortable, which made my four-night stay super enjoyable. i particularly appreciated the top-notch service, especially from desiree at the front desk, who went out of her way to help me when i left my apple watch behind. the location is also perfect, just a short distance from the q2 stadium!
